On September 19, 2018, the first batch of bimetallic composite brake drums manufactured by Zhumadian Henan Valiant Braking System Corporation and destined for export to the United States arrived at the port for packing. On the 20th, they were loaded onto a ship and set off for the U.S. This marks the official start of HJZD’s participation in international competition and signals the beginning of its products’ journey onto the global stage!
The bimetallic composite brake drum is a high-tech product independently developed by our company. It represents an upgrade and replacement for conventional brake drums. The product has successively won the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in China’s Machinery Industry and the Excellence Award in the 6th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. This product boasts three key features: unbreakable braking performance, lightweight design, and long service life. Currently, it has been adopted in large-scale quantities by major domestic commercial vehicle manufacturers including FAW Commercial Vehicle, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle, Shaanxi Automobile, and Beiqi Foton, and has received high recognition from the mainstream commercial vehicle market.
Entering the international market and participating in global competition has always been one of HJZD’s enduring strategic goals. To this end, HJZD has made tireless efforts and carried out extensive work, engaging in numerous contacts and negotiations with international buyers.
