Henan Valiant Braking System Corporation
Henan Valiant Braking System Corporation was established in September 2013 with a registered capital of 87.5 million yuan. It is a privately owned industrial enterprise currently employing over 700 people and occupying a site spanning 200,000 square meters.
Primarily engaged in the design, manufacturing, sales, and service of commercial vehicle composite brake drums, composite brake discs, aluminum alloy wheel hubs, lightweight wheel-end components for commercial vehicles, and innovative wear-resistant materials.
Dedicated to providing integrated solutions for lightweighting heavy-duty trucks.
Capable of producing 2 million units annually of various automotive components, including composite brake drums and composite brake discs.
The core team boasts over 30 years of experience in the R&D and manufacturing of commercial vehicle components.
Currently, there are 700 employees.

2025
Phase II project's Workshop No. 2 completed and put into operation. Annual production capacity for commercial vehicle steel and steel-aluminum composite brake drums increases to 2 million units.
2024
Launch the company's lean management project Become a supplier for U.S.-based Meritor
2023
Zhongyuan Neipei Group has made an investment, becoming a member enterprise of Zhongyuan Neipei Group and securing its position as a supplier for China National Heavy Duty Truck and FAW.
2022
The company has been approved as a national-level Green Factory for this year.
2021
Phase II project's Workshop #1 completed and put into operation. New production capacity now includes 300,000 iron-steel composite brake drums, 200,000 composite brake discs, and 100,000 aluminum alloy wheel hubs annually.
2020
Phase II project kicks off construction Commercial vehicle steel-composite brake drums increase annual production capacity to 1 million units Becomes a supplier for Australia's Meritor company Successfully developed iron-composite brake drums designed for harsh road conditions and heavy-duty vehicles
