Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing new customers within designated regions/channels (e.g., OEM partnerships for host systems, domestic aftermarket, overseas markets, wholesale distributors in auto parts cities, large repair shops/chain stores, etc.), and identifying potential business opportunities.
2. Accountable for achieving the sales targets—both individual and for the assigned region/channel—as set by the company (including sales revenue, volume, collections, market share, etc.), as well as completing other tasks assigned by senior management.
3. Proficient in the company’s products, providing expert consultations, addressing customer technical inquiries, and effectively communicating market insights.
4. Manage accounts receivable for assigned clients, ensuring timely follow-up on payment progress strictly according to contractual agreements.
Continuously gather and analyze market intelligence for the assigned region, including competitor activities (product offerings, pricing, promotions, channel strategies), changes in industry policies and regulations, and emerging trends in end-user demand. Job requirements:

Intellectual Property Specialist / Patent Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for patent information retrieval and analysis of products, providing patent intelligence to support technology planning and R&D projects.
2. Responsible for identifying patent opportunities in emerging technologies and drafting patent applications.
3. Conducts infringement risk assessments and analyses prior to new product launches, as well as strategies to avoid invalidation; this includes analyzing industry trends and monitoring competitors' patent filings.
4. Collaborates with internal and external legal experts to handle patent disputes, litigation, and other related matters.
5. Assists in applying for government-sponsored projects. Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline—preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automatic Control.
2. At least three years of experience in patent-related work; candidates with experience in patent invalidation proceedings or patent litigation will be prioritized.
3. Must have passed the Patent Agent Qualification Exam. Preference will be given to those who have also passed other legal professional exams and possess patent examination experience—or alternatively, candidates with R&D technical expertise.
Finite Element Analysis Engineer / CAE / Structural Design Engineer

3. Collaborate with product design engineers to jointly develop product designs.

5. Participate in failure analysis and optimize product structures. Job Requirements:

2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong familiarity for automotive axle components and their individual parts
3. Proficient in using at least one CAE software tool, such as Nastran, Abaqus, or Ansys; expert in both static and dynamic mechanical analysis, with a solid understanding of fatigue analysis
4. Possess a proactive, inquisitive mindset—able to identify and resolve issues effectively, with a keen focus on data accumulation and the ability to seamlessly integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application
5. Strong English reading and writing skills, sufficient for daily work requirements
6. Candidates with excellent English proficiency will be given priority
