Henan Valiant Braking System Corporation Holds Its 6th Annual New Year Cultural and Sports Event

As the Spring Festival draws near and the cold winds still bite, the premises of Zhumadian Henan Valiant Braking System Corporation are filled with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On January 18, colorful banners fluttered throughout the company’s factory grounds, creating an exceptionally lively scene. The “6th Employee Cultural and Entertainment Activities & 2022 Outstanding Employee Recognition Ceremony” of HJZD Company was held as scheduled, bringing together more than 400 employees who joyfully gathered to participate in and witness this long-awaited event.

This event includes the 2022 Outstanding Employee Awards, a lucky grand raffle, a tug-of-war competition, a forklift skills competition, and a driving skills competition. 
Generous prizes
The meeting began with a speech by Mr. Zhou Ligang, Chairman of HJZD Company. In his address, Chairman Zhou summarized and reflected on the company’s performance in 2022, and laid out plans and made arrangements for 2023. Chairman Zhou said: “Over the past year, our company has faced numerous difficulties and undergone many tests. Yet, in the face of these challenges, we have remained united from top to bottom and responded proactively—seeking new revenue streams externally while tightening expenditures internally. At the same time, we’ve been expanding into new markets and driving innovation through R&D. Right now, we’re about to emerge from the darkest and most difficult period; dawn and hope are just around the corner!” He urged all cadres and employees to gain a deep understanding of the current situation, align their thinking, muster up their spirits, clench their fists and gather their strength, and roll up their sleeves to work even harder!

Second, the conference held the 2022 Outstanding Employee Recognition Ceremony. The 17 outstanding employees are: Li Yang, Gui Quan, Xia Linpeng, Meng Xiangbing, Xu Zhongwang, Lu Bin, Lü Zhongyang, Wang Dongwei, Hu Yatao, Zhou Jianguo, Li Lei, Xue Tao, Liang Dongyu, Dang Hongqi, Wei Wendeng, Luo Junfeng, and Yu Jin Yin—each of them was full of energy and brimming with confidence. Every face was lit up with a happy smile. Look—those bright red certificates of honor in their hands are the greatest recognition of their hard work over the past year.

Once again, the exciting lottery draw has finally begun, and all employees are eagerly excited and anxiously awaiting the results. As the numbers scroll across the screen, one lucky combination after another appears before the eyes of the assembled staff. Indeed, some rejoice while others grieve—those employees who win the grand prize invariably attract envious glances from their colleagues. As for those who narrowly missed out on the prize, you can still see a hint of disappointment on their faces. Perhaps the goddess of fortune will smile upon them next time? 
Finally, HJZD Company organized competitions in forklift operation, crane operation, and tug-of-war. Stepping into the forklift competition venue, one could hardly find an empty spot—every corner was bustling with activity and excitement. Under the premise of ensuring safety, the forklift seemed to merge seamlessly with its driver, racing at high speed. Then, the scene shifted to the crane operation competition. Watching the competitors’ focused eyes and their swift, nimble maneuvers, one couldn’t help but feel the intense tension and fierce competitiveness of the event. Suddenly, a deafening roar of cheers filled the air—turning out to be the tug-of-war arena. Every single participant was giving it their all, united as one, determined to secure victory in the competition. 
2022 was a year marked by dramatic ups and downs. The international landscape was in constant flux, with the Russia-Ukraine war bogged down in stalemate and tensions escalating across the Taiwan Strait. The global economy faced a cold wave, major economies slipped into recession, and China’s domestic economy slowed down. The internet industry witnessed massive layoffs, the real estate sector hit a major crisis, and prices of energy and food soared. Amid this turbulent environment, HJZD Company remained proactive, taking initiative without waiting for others to act. We believe that in the coming year, HJZD Company will surely overcome all obstacles and once again shine brightly!
