Zhumadian Henan Valiant Braking System Corporation Holds a Kick-off Meeting for the Establishment of a Green Factory.

On December 16, 2019, the company organized and held a kickoff meeting for the establishment of a green factory. The company’s General Manager, Zhou Ligang, attended the meeting and delivered important instructions and requirements.
Zhang Xunhui, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Queshan County, along with representatives from the Zhengzhou Quality and Energy Conservation Monitoring Center and Hangzhou Wantai Certification Co., Ltd., attended the meeting.
1. The company held a kickoff meeting for the establishment of a green factory.
At the meeting, General Manager Zhou gave a comprehensive introduction to the advantages of composite brake drums in areas such as technological innovation, product quality, manufacturing costs, energy conservation and consumption reduction, and green environmental protection. From the very beginning of its establishment, the company has carefully analyzed and thoroughly considered the national trends and requirements for environmental protection development. In aspects including plant construction, production process design, and equipment selection, the company has proactively planned ahead to ensure compliance with relevant national policies while also laying the groundwork for further improvements.

Subsequently, the participants jointly studied training materials provided by the Zhengzhou Quality and Energy Conservation Monitoring Center, including “Interpretation of Green Manufacturing System Policies,” “Interpretation of Application Materials for Green Factories,” and “Analysis of Required Documents for System Certification” provided by Hangzhou Wantai Certification Co., Ltd. They discussed the relevant details and gained a comprehensive understanding of how to implement and carry out future work.
3. Director Li Bona from the Zhengzhou Metrology and Energy Conservation Monitoring Center analyzes relevant policies.
4. Manager Liu Shuai provides an interpretation of the green manufacturing system policies.
5. Interpretation of the application materials for the Green Factory designation, prepared by Wang Zhanxuan.
6. Peng Fang, Manager of Hangzhou Wantai Certification Co., Ltd., provided a related introduction.
7. System expert Han Weiwei provides an analysis of the materials required for system certification.
Finally, General Manager Zhou emphasized the need to attach great importance to the establishment of green factories. We should take this as an opportunity to further improve our management systems, standardize management processes, and refine various measurement indicators, thereby achieving further enhancements in areas such as safety, environmental protection, occupational health, and corporate management. As long as our thinking remains steadfast, we’ll always find more solutions than challenges. Given the current situation where product supply falls short of demand, relevant personnel must make time amid their busy schedules to carry out their tasks—without making excuses or shirking responsibility—and ensure that work assignments are completed on schedule.
