——The 2026 Henan Valiant New Year Marathon Health Run Concludes Successfully
The morning light bears witness, and passionate blood writes the chapter. On the early morning of January 2, 2026, as the last runner crossed the finish line, a New Year’s marathon and health run—filled with fervor and conviction—came to a successful close. Several runners pressed forward bravely against the first rays of winter dawn, measuring the city’s veins with their footsteps and composing the prelude to the new year with their sweat. Amidst the cold breeze, they set out on a running journey about perseverance and passion.
This event was organized and initiated by the Sales Department of Henan Valiant Braking System Corporation, with a total distance of 42.195 kilometers. At 5:30 a.m., runners gathered punctually in front of the Municipal Party Committee building, wearing uniform reflective vests, and set off fully prepared under the faint morning light. The racecourse extended westward along Kaiyuan Road, turned back at the Wencheng intersection, passed through the supply station at the Xuxin Expressway exit for replenishment, and finally returned to the starting point. Every kilometer carried the runners' focus and aspirations, while the familiar street scenes along the way infused this annual run with a profound sense of urban sentiment.
To ensure the smooth running of the event, the event preparation team made early arrangements and provided round-the-clock support. The six supply stations set up along the route remained steadfastly on duty, promptly delivering warm water and supplies to the runners, becoming a warm and unwavering source of support amid the cold winds. From the faint glow of dawn to the first rays of the rising sun, the figures of the supply station staff echoed the runners’ lively strides, together painting the most touching scene of this early morning.
As the last runner crossed the finish line, the venue erupted in heartfelt and enthusiastic applause. This marathon—without rankings and without competition in speed—is a vigorous response and strong support for the group’s comprehensive health management initiatives. It represents the united journey of our “Everlasting Pioneers,” a vivid embodiment of a healthy lifestyle, and, above all, a passionate opening salvo aimed at 2026! All participants demonstrated resilience by completing the entire course, embodying with their actions the running spirit of “never giving up,” and thus drawing the first powerful stroke for the brand-new year of 2026.
With this, the 2026 Henan Valiant New Year Marathon Health Run has come to a successful conclusion. We’d like to thank every runner who gave their all, as well as all the dedicated members of the organizing committee and volunteers who worked silently behind the scenes. May the passion and perseverance forged through these runs accompany us into the new year, enabling us to stride forward with high spirits toward every journey ahead—may health, happiness, and faith always stay by our side!
Postscript: At the beginning of 2023, Fan Yunfei, the sales manager of Henan Valiant, took the lead by setting an example through long-distance running, inspiring the entire department to incorporate running into their daily routines. They set a monthly minimum running target of over 150 kilometers. Under his continuous guidance, long-distance running has not only become a collective form of exercise but has also evolved into a true team spirit. Everyone jointly sets monthly running targets, motivates each other, and moves forward side by side. Through sweat and perseverance, they strengthen their physical fitness, hone their willpower, and forge an even tighter sense of team cohesion. The endurance and vigor accumulated through running are steadily transforming into an inner strength that enables them to tackle tough challenges and overcome difficulties at work. As their monthly running mileage continues to rise steadily, the company’s sales orders have also achieved leapfrog growth. We believe that this spirit of daring to fight, never giving up, will remain their inexhaustible driving force for sustained performance breakthroughs and the realization of even higher goals!
