2020 was an exceptionally extraordinary year. Faced with the global ravages of the COVID-19 pandemic and a deepening contraction of the world economy—a situation marked by pronounced recession—every employee at HJZD Company united in spirit and worked together to overcome difficulties. As a result, all key business targets not only remained steady but actually rose, posting strong gains across the board. Whether in terms of production and sales volume, quality and efficiency, cost control, innovation capability, profitability, or brand influence, we achieved remarkable accomplishments, realizing comprehensive breakthroughs and leaps in development.
Giving and Receiving: A Gathering of Outstanding Employees
In 2020, production increased by 38% year-on-year, and sales increased by 30% year-on-year. Revenue reached 310 million yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 35%. Employment rose by 20%, exports surged more than fivefold, and profits and taxes increased by over 100%. The overall product yield rate reached 99.38%, the highest level in history. Wear-resistant materials sold a total of 5,800 tons throughout the year, generating revenue of 52 million yuan. All major business indicators showed comprehensive, positive, and substantial improvements.

To further increase the company’s share of overseas sales, in 2020 the company built an export workshop for commercial vehicle components. This project... Construction began in June, and production started in September—once again setting a new record for HJZD’s speed, once again creating the HJZD miracle, and laying a solid foundation for our next stage of development.
What we’re aiming for is high-end maneuvering: a forklift competition.
“Focus on high-end excellence and create new brilliance.” The company’s Phase II project has been fully launched. The first-phase production workshop has already topped out and will be completed and put into operation before the “May Day” holiday in 2021. The second phase will be completed in 2021. By the end of the year, once operational, the facility will add 400,000 brake drums and 100,000 brake discs in annual production capacity.
Stability is true skill: Driving competition
Once the entire Phase II project reaches full capacity, it will add 2 million brake discs annually and generate revenue of 9... 100 million yuan, 1 million aluminum alloy wheel hubs, and revenue of 600 million yuan—entire production capacity is expected to be fully realized by 2024. At that time, HJZD will achieve an annual production and sales volume of 1 million brake drums, 1 million aluminum alloy wheel hubs, 2 million brake discs, and 10,000 tons of wear-resistant materials, with total revenue reaching 2 billion yuan.
