The company held the 2021 Outstanding Employee Recognition Ceremony.

Though heavy snowflakes were falling and the cold wind was biting, the premises of Zhumadian Henan Valiant Braking System Corporation were filled with warmth and conviviality. To further recognize and commend the employees’ initiative, enthusiasm, and creativity, HJZD Company successfully held its 2021 Outstanding Employees Recognition Ceremony at 9:00 a.m. on January 27, 2022.

A total of 15 employees were recognized this time. In the company’s production and business activities, they have demonstrated a serious attitude, superb skills, and outstanding performance. They are not afraid of hardship or fatigue, and they approach their work with great diligence and attention to detail. Their active contributions have ensured the steady development of the enterprise, guaranteed product quality and production efficiency, and involved painstaking efforts in enhancing both product quality and production efficiency.

General Manager Zhou Ligang praised the outstanding performance of the employees honored above over the past year and expressed new hopes and expectations for them: Affected by the pandemic and other factors, both the international and domestic situations are extremely challenging, presenting the company with new difficulties and challenges—but also opening up new opportunities for growth. In the coming year, the company will focus on two key areas—market development and management—to tap deeper into our potential, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. The second-phase project is progressing smoothly and is poised to go into production soon.
