The inspection team for democratic management of factory affairs openness in Henan Province conducted a research and inspection visit to HJZD Company.

On the afternoon of July 19, 2021, a delegation from the Henan Provincial Factory Affairs Transparency and Democratic Management Inspection Team—composed of the trade unions from Nanyang, Xinyang, and Zhumadian cities, led by Jin Shaopeng, Vice Chairman of the Nanyang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions; Zhou Mingyong, Vice Chairman of the Xinyang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions; and Hu Hailong, Vice Chairman of the Zhumadian Municipal Federation of Trade Unions—conducted a research and inspection visit to examine the implementation of factory affairs transparency and democratic management at Zhumadian Henan Valiant Braking System Corporation.

Liu Fengming, Chairman of the Queshan County Federation of Trade Unions, and Guo Jianbo, Director of the Grassroots Work Department of the Zhumadian City Federation of Trade Unions, along with other relevant leaders from the city and county, accompanied the research and inspection.

Company Factory Affairs Publicization and Democratic Management Work Ledger

At the symposium, the inspection team listened carefully to a brief introduction by Zhou Ligang, General Manager of the company, on corporate management and future development, and also heard a report from Zhu Shuangwen, Chairman of the company’s trade union, on the work being done to “deepen factory transparency and promote democratic management.”

The inspection team’s leaders highly praised the company’s work in promoting factory transparency and democratic management, and expressed great appreciation and admiration for the company’s rapid development.

The inspection team believes that HJZD Company has been able to innovate democratic management mechanisms, proactively safeguard employees’ rights and interests, provide employees with better living and working conditions, effectively address employees’ needs, and thereby genuinely inspire their enthusiasm for participating in enterprise management and for loving their jobs and the company.
