On the morning of July 21, 2021, the company held a grand commendation meeting in the conference room on the third floor of the office building to recognize and celebrate the improvement proposals and minor innovations submitted for June and the second quarter. The meeting was attended by more than 80 people, including company leaders Mr. Zhou and Mr. He, heads of various departments, and award-winning employees from all positions.

Since the “Company-wide Innovation Management System” was introduced and promoted in all workshops on May 8 of this year, employees from various departments—especially frontline production staff, inspectors, equipment maintenance personnel, and tooling fabrication workers—have enthusiastically responded and actively participated. As of the end of June, the company had received a total of 127 improvement proposals and minor innovations. After careful selection, 53 improvement proposals and 54 minor innovations were adopted, and a total of 8,530 yuan in bonuses was awarded. This has sparked a small but enthusiastic wave of participation, with everyone contributing ideas and striving for continuous improvement!
