Yu Junhong, Member of the County CPPCC Committee and Vice Chairman of Zhumadian Hengjiu Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
I am one of the founding members of Hengjiu Company. This year, being elected as a member of the 13th Committee of the CPPCC in Queshan County fully demonstrates the county Party committee and county government’s care and importance placed on private enterprises, giving me the opportunity to participate in state governance, offer advice and suggestions, and contribute my voice. For this, I feel deeply honored and proud. In recent years, with the support of the county Party committee and county government, Hengjiu Company has become a leading enterprise in China’s composite brake drum industry through bold innovation and independent R&D, and it has also gained a certain reputation internationally.
Going forward, I will earnestly fulfill my duties as a CPPCC member and live up to the mission and responsibilities of a CPPCC委员. I will continue to lead the enterprise in focusing on specialization and excellence, striving to grow stronger and bigger, and achieve new accomplishments in areas such as boosting employment, increasing incomes, and paying more taxes! I will make even greater contributions to the economic development of Queshan!

Liu Hui, Member of the County CPPCC Committee and Executive Director of Yida School
I’m delighted to attend this CPPCC plenary session. Just now, after listening to the report delivered by Zhang Jie, Chairman of the County CPPCC, I felt greatly inspired. As a member from the education sector, in recent years I have actively fulfilled my duties as a CPPCC member, proactively offering suggestions and advice, participating in state governance and policy-making, and conducting extensive research to gather public opinion. In particular, regarding how to strengthen private education and elevate its quality, our Yida School has been tirelessly exploring innovative approaches. We’ve devoted considerable effort and energy to fostering students’ well-rounded development, cultivating good character traits such as filial piety and kindness, and enhancing their ability-building. As a result, we’ve achieved remarkable outcomes, laying a solid foundation for our students to better enter society, integrate into it, give back to it, and contribute meaningfully to its progress in the future.
Going forward, we will focus even more intently and wholeheartedly on nurturing, educating, and shaping people, making our due contribution to the high-quality development of our county’s education!

Liao Qingmei, Member of the County CPPCC Committee, Chairperson of Henan Xinxin Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., and Chairperson of Qunmei Agricultural Machinery Cooperative.
This year, my election as a member of the 13th CPPCC Committee of Queshan County fully demonstrates the strong support our county Party committee and county government have shown toward us, the new-type professional farmers. It also reflects their care and concern for our agricultural enterprises. As an ordinary farmer, I’m thrilled and deeply moved to have this opportunity to participate in state governance, offer advice and suggestions, and contribute to policymaking. Just now, after listening to the report on the work of the county CPPCC Committee, I felt greatly encouraged. It’s clear that the county Party committee and county government attach great importance to agriculture and rural revitalization. As a new committee member and a new-type professional farmer, I will definitely take the lead by example on the glorious path of poverty alleviation in rural areas, preventing a relapse into poverty, and promoting rural revitalization. I’ll work hard and strive with all my might to make even greater contributions to the cause of rural revitalization in Queshan.

Hu Hao, Member of the County CPPCC Committee and Director of the Student Development Center at No. 1 High School of the County
As a teacher, I feel deeply honored to have been elected as a member of the new session of the CPPCC Committee, and I also recognize the heavy responsibility that comes with this role. Through my participation in this CPPCC conference, I’ve learned a great deal and gained valuable insights. To become an outstanding teacher-turned-CPPCC committee member, passion alone is not enough— we must also possess the relevant theories and knowledge necessary to fulfill our duties. We should seek advice and learn from our senior committee members, actively engage with the grassroots level, conduct thorough research, and carefully listen to the voices of the people. At the same time, by diligently studying the CPPCC Work Report, the Report on Proposals, and exemplary proposals, I’ve come to appreciate the high priority that the county Party committee and county government place on the quality of education in primary and secondary schools throughout the county, as well as their strong support for schools at all levels and of all types—especially their unwavering commitment to ensuring the successful construction of the New No. 1 High School. During my upcoming five-year term, I will remain true to my original aspiration, keep my mission firmly in mind, conduct careful investigations and studies around educational issues across the county, proactively draft proposals, and faithfully discharge my duties and responsibilities. I will offer insightful suggestions and contribute to the high-quality development of our county over the next five years, thus fulfilling the responsibilities and mission of a CPPCC committee member.

Huang Qian, Member of the County CPPCC Committee and Director of the River Chief System Office of the County Water Resources Bureau
As a newly appointed member of the County CPPCC Committee, I am deeply grateful for the trust and support shown by the organization. I pledge to live up to this responsibility, diligently fulfill my duties, actively offer insightful suggestions and advice, and strive to be an outstanding CPPCC committee member in the new era. Since last May... Since the beginning of the month, our inspection rate for river patrols in Que County has consistently remained at 100%, and our overall ranking has been among the top in the city. The river chief system is a long-term endeavor, and we will continue to firmly uphold the work philosophy of "on the road, ready to set off again." We will keep carrying out the "clearing up four types of disorder" campaign for rivers and lakes in a regular and standardized manner, continuously promoting systematic governance. We will firmly embrace the governance concept of "mountains, rivers, forests, lakes, and farmland as a single community of life," thereby advancing integrated management of water and land, comprehensively restoring aquatic ecosystems, and improving the water environment. We will continue to crack down rigorously on illegal sand mining, make good use of the "River Chief Plus" mechanism, closely follow new requirements and developments in the river chief system, and fully leverage the mechanism's role in ensuring effective implementation. In the management and protection of rivers and lakes, we will continue to achieve new successes. We will also remain committed to the working principle of "open governance and everyone’s participation," actively encouraging public involvement in river management and conservation efforts. This will help foster a social atmosphere and working mechanism characterized by universal participation, inter-departmental collaboration, and joint governance by society as a whole, truly achieving clear rivers, clean water, green banks, and beautiful scenery.
