After listening to the government’s work report, the deputies to the People’s Congress were deeply inspired and greatly encouraged. They unanimously expressed their determination to fulfill their duties diligently and responsibly, closely aligning their actions with the realities of their respective posts, and continuing their efforts with renewed vigor. They pledged to be qualified representatives of the People’s Congress in the new era, brimming with enthusiasm to contribute to the modernization of Queshan and achieve even greater accomplishments.

  This morning, we listened attentively together to the government work report delivered by County Magistrate Jiang. The report comprehensively summarized the achievements made by Queshan County over the past period and in the previous year, and set forth ambitious goals for the next five years. Magistrate Jiang’s report was both practical and challenging, inspiring and motivating. As a key industrial enterprise in Queshan County, Hengjiu Company, under the leadership and support of the new county government team, will continue to uphold our core philosophy of creating value through science and technology and leading the future with innovation. By driving innovation in technology, products, management, and business models, we will ensure that during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, we achieve our goal of quadrupling both our core business revenue and our profits and taxes—reaching an annual revenue of 2 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 200 million yuan—and thus make new and even greater contributions to the economic and social development of Queshan!

I fully endorse and support this report. The report is packed with substantive content, demonstrates visionary foresight, and is imbued with deep commitment and passion, leaving us feeling both deeply fulfilled and acutely aware of our responsibilities. As I carefully read through it, I profoundly appreciated the remarkable achievements Ceshan has made over the past five years. As I listened attentively, I became increasingly confident in Ceshan’s prospects for development over the next five years. And as I reflected repeatedly on its contents, I found myself thoroughly contemplating our Liu Dian Town’s future goals, positioning, strategies, and specific measures. In the period ahead, we will remain firmly committed to aligning our thinking with the spirit of the report, letting its spirit guide our development, and using it to direct our practical actions. We will follow the report’s overall plan, tailor it to Liu Dian’s unique realities, rigorously benchmark and review our approaches, seize opportunities to strengthen our foundations, and, guided by the “Five-Color Development” philosophy, comprehensively reinforce Party building, bolster and optimize our leading industries, accelerate rural revitalization, spare no effort to improve people’s livelihoods, and earnestly enhance ecological conservation. We will strictly implement the “Mountain Chief System,” the “Forest Chief System,” and the “River Chief System.” Taking land consolidation as our key lever, we will comprehensively upgrade rural living environments and actively strive to become a model township for “Four Beautiful Villages.” Let the “Nine Major Initiatives” proposed in the report take root and yield tangible results here in Liu Dian Town, contributing significantly to the construction of “Four Ceshans” with an even more outstanding “Four Liu Diens”!

  As a representative from a township, I’m attending this conference with immense joy and excitement. Just now, I listened to County Magistrate Jiang’s government work report. The report is both truthful and pragmatic, highlights key priorities, focuses on the present while looking toward the future, and clearly outlines the direction for our work in the coming period. The report mentions the rural revitalization strategy—insisting on giving priority to agricultural and rural development, strengthening and expanding the agricultural sector, and tapping into the untapped potential of rural areas. These well-conceived policies for rural development have given us even greater confidence and determination!

We must take the lead in helping villagers on their journey to prosperity—keeping our responsibilities firmly in mind, shouldering our duties with a sense of commitment, and putting our commitments into action. In our work, we must always be at the forefront, charge ahead, and get things done first! Let’s strengthen our confidence, uplift our spirits, raise our standards, and go all out. Let’s roll up our sleeves and work hard with a pragmatic and truth-seeking attitude, accelerating the pace of construction in Puhuisi Town, contributing our efforts and adding splendor to the building of a beautiful township, and welcoming the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with outstanding achievements.

  As a representative of the village Party branch secretary, I will, in accordance with the arrangements outlined in the work report, closely focus on our established goals and unite all cadres and villagers to do our utmost to support the revitalization and development of our village. We will firmly concentrate on strengthening the village through industry, continuing to develop our pillar industries and steadily bolstering the village’s collective economy. We will also prioritize ecological revitalization, implement projects to improve living environments, and create a beautiful new countryside characterized by clear waters, lush rivers, and picturesque villages. We will strengthen grassroots organizational building, increase investment in rural infrastructure, and earnestly implement various policies aimed at safeguarding people’s livelihoods, thereby promoting the comprehensive upgrading of agriculture, the overall progress of rural areas, and the all-round development of farmers, and making greater contributions to advancing the construction of a modern Queshan!
