It’s once again time to bid farewell to the old and welcome the new—a new spring has arrived once more. On this beautiful occasion, marked by the first clear skies after the snow and bright sunshine, Hengjiu Company’s “7th Employee Cultural, Sports, and Entertainment Event & Outstanding Employee Recognition Ceremony” was held as scheduled!
On the morning of February 8, the office building of Hengjiu Company was decorated with colorful lanterns and festively adorned, bustling with people. Although the spring weather was still chilly, every employee’s face was filled with the joy and festive cheer of the New Year, as well as anticipation and hope for a bright future! 
At the start of the event, General Manager Zhou Ligang first led everyone in reviewing and summarizing the extraordinary... In 2023, let’s jointly plan and look forward to a promising 2024. Mr. Zhou pointed out: 2023 was destined to be an extraordinary year. Throughout the year, the global economy remained sluggish and sluggish, the international landscape underwent complex transformations, geopolitical conflicts continued unabated, and natural disasters occurred with alarming frequency—leaving most industries struggling to move forward. It was precisely in this challenging environment that we adopted a strategic approach, taking proactive and independent action without waiting for others. We actively planned ahead, took the initiative, and steadfastly followed our annual business plan, carrying out all tasks in an orderly and systematic manner: capturing markets by conquering cities and fortresses; recruiting talent and boosting production capacity; and employing a multi-pronged strategy to ensure timely delivery. Thanks to the concerted efforts of all our employees, we not only achieved but also exceeded all the key targets set at the beginning of the year! 
Mr. Zhou also pointed out that joining the Zhongyuan Internal Components Group is a momentous joy in Hengjiu’s development history and a significant milestone in its journey. This marks the beginning of a new chapter for Hengjiu, the launch of a fresh start, the embarkation on a brand-new journey, and a leap to a new height. Leveraging the group’s globally renowned brand strength, its concise and efficient management advantages, its robust financial resources, and its distinctive cultural strengths, we have now gained even greater momentum and found our natural habitat. Currently, our products’ outstanding performance and inherent lightweight advantages have received unanimous recognition from the market, providing us with the solid foundation to further expand production capacity, seize market share, and achieve breakthrough growth. 
General Zhou asked all cadres and employees to quickly integrate into the group’s culture, especially to embrace the principle of “one”— The “Five Ones” culture—“one family, one shared heart, one common game board, one unified ledger, and one common goal”—is integrated into every aspect of life and reflected in every detail of our work. In 2024, the likelihood that China’s economy and commercial vehicle industry will stabilize and improve is increasing. Next, 23 outstanding employees, 5 quality role models, and 4 top newcomers were collectively recognized by the company. General Manager Zhou presented them with certificates of honor. To the 32 distinguished employees who received this recognition, he urged them to continue demonstrating exemplary leadership in the coming year, striving for excellence in their respective positions—showcasing their talents, achieving remarkable results, and making significant contributions. Then, the thrilling grand lucky draw brought the atmosphere at the event to a fever pitch. Amidst thunderous cheers and shouts, as strings of lucky numbers rapidly scrolled and suddenly came to a halt, one after another grand prizes were revealed. The joy and excitement on the winning employees’ faces were simply overwhelming! The lucky draw wasn’t just tense and exciting—it also provided the hardworking employees with a moment of instant release and relaxation after a year of relentless effort!
The tug-of-war competition has long been a traditional event in Hengjiu’s annual cultural, sports, and entertainment activities. Although this sport may seem simple and straightforward at first glance, it is actually a team-oriented endeavor that goes far beyond mere physical strength. It tests not only the team’s collective power but also its ability to coordinate seamlessly and employ effective strategies. Precisely because of their unwavering team strength, coupled with impeccable teamwork and well-planned tactical execution, Hengjiu耐磨 has once again claimed the championship!
Forklift competitions and driving contests are not only traditional events in our longstanding cultural, sports, and recreational activities, but also a full-fledged showcase of employees’ daily work skills. They not only embody our ongoing promotion of the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, but also foster an atmosphere that respects labor, honors skills, and encourages creativity!
The billiards tournament is a new addition this year. As more and more employees at the company take part in Chinese eight-ball billiards, the company promptly introduced the “Everlasting Joy Billiards Tournament.” The billiards competition isn't just about skill—it's also a test of strategy, psychology, and luck. With several top-seeded players faltering along the way, the championship ultimately went to Zhang Laifeng, who remained calm and composed throughout the entire tournament.
