ERP Launch – HJZD Holds the Kingdee Digitalization Project Kick-off Meeting
At 10:00 a.m. on May 16, the launch meeting for HJZD’s Kingdee Digitalization Project was held at the public... It was held in the conference room on the third floor. 
HJZD, all members of the HJZD and Henan Wear-Resistant teams, as well as Zhou Jingfeng, Director of the Information Department of Zhongyuan Neipei Group, and Zhao Dongmei, General Manager of Kingdee's Henan Branch, jointly attended the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Zhou Deyin, leader of the implementation team for the Hengjiu ERP project and manager of the Hengjiu Quality Department.
In recent years, the company’s business scale has expanded rapidly, and the existing management model can no longer meet the needs of the company’s fast-paced development. The introduction of modern information technology and ERP systems can greatly facilitate the transformation of the management model, enhance the company’s level of information-based management, and improve work efficiency.
Hu Mengmeng, team leader of the Everlasting Project Group at Kingdee, introduced the implementation plan for the Kingdee ERP project from several aspects, including implementation objectives, division of responsibilities, implementation support, implementation strategies, and risk mitigation measures.
Zhou Deyin, leader of the permanent ERP project implementation team, introduced the team members and their respective responsibilities.
In her speech, Zhao Dongmei, General Manager of Kingdee Henan Branch, said that under the leadership of President Zhou, HJZD has deeply cultivated the automotive parts industry. Currently, HJZD has grown into an outstanding specialized, refined, and innovative enterprise, with some of its products reaching the internationally advanced level in the industry. 。
At the same time, he pointed out that the current economic situation is changing rapidly, and market uncertainties—such as Sino-U.S. trade tensions and continuously rising resource costs—are posing unprecedented challenges to China’s manufacturing sector. Kingdee hopes to help Hengjiu leverage information technology to empower its business, optimize its management model, and enhance both efficiency and quality. Finally, we wish Hengjiu every success in the implementation of its ERP project.
Zhou Jingfeng, Director of the Information Center of Neipei Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. In his speech, he provided a detailed review of the current status of Neipei Group’s ERP system and outlined the implementation objectives of the Group’s ERP project, focusing on three key aspects: system integration, process-oriented management, and information-based management.
Meanwhile, Director Zhou shared the group’s successful experiences and best practices in the implementation of the ERP project, emphasizing several fundamental principles that have been consistently upheld throughout the ERP implementation process, as well as identifying key risk areas and corresponding mitigation strategies during project execution.
Finally, Mr. Zhou Ligang, General Manager of HJZD, delivered a speech and made specific requirements. In his speech, he warmly welcomed the arrival of Director Zhou from the Group and General Manager Zhao from Kingdee. Using several pain points faced by various business departments within the company in terms of informatization as examples, he highlighted the necessity and urgency of implementing the ERP project. He emphasized that we should use information technology to standardize management, let management guide informatization, and enable information technology to better serve management. At the end of his remarks, Mr. Zhou urged all departments to actively participate, closely cooperate with the ERP implementation team, face difficulties bravely, ground ourselves in reality, boldly envision possibilities, and dare to innovate, ensuring the success of the HJZD ERP project.
