A systematic and scientific regulatory framework has been put in place, anchored by the company’s Articles of Association and supported by key documents such as the Rules of Procedure for the Shareholders’ Meeting, the Rules of Procedure for the Board of Directors, the Rules of Procedure for the Supervisory Board, and the Detailed Rules of Operation for the General Manager. This framework has created a balanced mechanism of checks and balances among the shareholders’ meeting, the board of directors, the supervisory board, and management, ensuring healthy operation of all business activities—including production and operations—and thereby achieving the company’s sustainable and sound development.

On September 19, 2018, the first batch of bimetallic composite brake drums—exported by Zhumadian Henan Valiant Braking System Corporation to the United States—arrived at the port and were packed for shipment. On the 20th, they departed for the U.S. This marks the official start of HJZD’s participation in international competition and signals the beginning of HJZD products’ journey onto the global stage! The bimetallic composite brake drum is a high-tech product independently developed by HJZD, representing an upgrade and replacement for traditional brake drums. It has previously won the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in China’s Machinery Industry and an Excellence Award in the 6th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. This product boasts three key features: unbreakable braking performance, lightweight design, and an exceptionally long service life. Currently, it has been adopted by FAW.

To thoroughly implement the five development concepts—innovation, coordination, green development, openness, and shared prosperity—and to promote “mass entrepreneurship and innovation,” the award ceremony for the Zhumadian sub-region of the 7th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition—Henan Division was held on July 25 at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park of Huanghuai College. Xie Lili, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, attended the event. The competition was organized by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and hosted by Huanghuai College. A total of 24 companies registered to participate, and 21 companies successfully passed the review. On April 26, the county held a summary and commendation meeting for the 2017 battle against environmental pollution, as well as a mobilization and deployment meeting for the 2018 battle. Attending the meeting were County Party Secretary Lu Geng, Deputy County Party Secretary and County Mayor Peng Guangfeng, members of the County Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the County Discipline Inspection Commission and Director of the County Supervisory Commission Tao Yuqiang, Vice Chairman of the County People's Congress Standing Committee Guo Quanxin, and Deputy County Mayor Wang Yuehong, among other county leaders. Also in attendance were heads of various towns (subdistricts) and heads of relevant units directly under the county government. At the meeting, County Party Secretary Lu Geng, on behalf of the county’s four leading bodies, extended warm congratulations to the advanced collectives, enterprises, and individuals who had been commended, and spoke about how to effectively address environmental pollution throughout the county this year and in the coming period.

Zhou Ligang, Chairman and General Manager of the company, briefed the visiting leaders on the company’s development plan, operational status, as well as the product performance characteristics and unique advantages of the company’s domestically pioneering bimetallic composite material brake drum. They also toured the company’s production process flow. Deputy Inspector Li Haifeng expressed great interest in our company’s products.
