A lasting person who can stand tall
As long-term employees, we all know that, due to the combined impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the overall economic downturn in our industry, since July 2021, the company has been facing a shortage of orders, leaving its production capacity underutilized. As a result, we’ve seen measures such as reduced working hours, alternating weekends, a four-day workweek followed by three days off, extended holidays during festive periods, and even special “high-temperature leave” periods. In short, with few orders coming in, we’ve been spending most of our days just resting and relaxing—when we’re not resting, we’re simply hanging out and having fun. However, the very purpose of a company is to generate profits, and the purpose of employees going to work is to earn a living. The consequence of having no orders is a severe decline in the company’s business performance and a significant drop in employees’ income!
